My Morning Jacket – Chocolate and Ice (LP Vinyl)
$19.95
Louisville's My Morning Jacket were still operating in near-total obscurity when *Chocolate and Ice* arrived in 2002, a six-song EP that captured the band in a rawer, more atmospheric pocket than the major label years that followed. Jim James's reverb-drenched vocals and the band's Southern Gothic sound were already fully formed here, making this an essential document for anyone who wants to trace how a cult following becomes a festival headliner.
