These terms govern your use of reserveselects.com and purchases from Reserve Selects ("we," "us"), operated by The Reserve Selector, Austin, Texas. 14 sections: the shop; products & descriptions; pricing (US dollars, pricing-error cancellation); orders & acceptance (accepted on order confirmation email); payment (charged at checkout, we never see or store card numbers); pre-orders (ship on or around release date, cancel before shipment for full refund); shipping & returns (cross-reference Shipping/Return Policy); accounts & TasteMatch (optional library connections, disconnecting revokes access); acceptable use (no fraud, chargeback abuse, site disruption, catalog scraping for resale); intellectual property; limitation of liability (limited to amount paid, no indirect/consequential damages); governing law (State of Texas, Travis County courts); changes (revised effective date, continued use = acceptance); contact (hello@reserveselects.com).
