Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States.

Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart and where it's going. US shipping is included in the price of our house coffee and tea.

Timing

• Most orders ship within 3 business days.
• Typical transit time after shipment: 3–5 business days.
• Orders with items from multiple suppliers may arrive in separate packages — at no extra shipping cost to you.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are charged at checkout and ship on or around the release date shown on the product page. If a release date moves, we'll email you the new date — and you can cancel anytime before it ships for a full refund.

Texas sales tax

Orders shipped to Texas addresses include Texas sales tax, as required by law.

Wrong address / delivery problems

If your address was entered incorrectly, email hello@reserveselects.com as soon as possible — once a package is with the carrier we can't reroute it, but we'll help however we can.

Packages marked delivered by the carrier are the carrier's responsibility. If yours says delivered and isn't there, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then email us.
