The Beatles – A Hard Day's Night (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) - (LP Vinyl)

$34.95

Cut during an era when The Beatles were recording and releasing music at a pace that still seems superhuman in retrospect, "A Hard Day's Night" holds a unique place in their catalog as the only album comprised entirely of Lennon-McCartney originals. Released in July 1964 alongside Richard Lester's film of the same name, it captured the band at peak Beatlemania, balancing the manic energy of touring life with a songcraft already outpacing nearly everyone around them.

Using the original 1964 mono master, new lacquers have been cut all-analogue by Kevin Reeves at Nashville’s East

Iris Studios. By constantly referring to the original first pressing, the album is faithful to the original release while

also enabling more musical information to be heard than was possible before. Featuring faithfully replicated artwork

and a new four-panel insert with essay by American Beatles historian, Bruce Spizer. 180-gram audiophile pressing.
